The delicious potato soup was brought to a meeting by one of the women in our church quilting club,
and everyone raved about how rich it was with the cream cheese and bacon.
To make this simple meal, I mixed together a few of our favorite pantry and freezer goods.
Preparation is minimal and the number of ingredients is small.
For us, there is no comfort dish like ribs cooked slowly with carrots, celery, onions, and red potatoes.
On occasion, we may add a pinch of cayenne pepper for a little heat.
Put the meatballs in hoagie buns, cook them slowly, and then sprinkle with pepperoncini and provolone.
